Dr. Kenneth Cheloha, Medical Director at Sumner Place Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation for the past 22 years, has provided a great example of our Vision Statement on Quality Care: “We will dedicate ourselves to provide personalized care and services that achieve extraordinary results and exceed the expectations of those we serve.” Dr. Cheloha partners with Sumner Place by making morning rounds Monday through Friday. He visits residents, reviews individual medical needs and provides professional guidance and consultation. His wise council on the quarterly meetings and the quality assurance team is invaluable.
